Social Promotion Products
We were very excited when we were approached by Les Mills to create a suite of social promotion tools. Les Mills wanted to engage with their customers to fulfil two main goals.
- Enhance social sharing of Les Mills brand
- Increase current and new customer engagement
Three bespoke online tools were created:
Memes are the most shared types of content since the dawn of the internet. The combination of a simple image mixed with a text snippet is the fastest way to communicate with social hungry consumers. So we created a simple tool for Les Mills allow their customers a way to create and share custom motivational memes to share via their feeds. The tool was totally bespoke and allowed Les Mills customisation of images available to their customer. The text snippets were created by the customers themselves adding pictures from library uploaded by Les Mills through the backend.

A unique tool for Les Mills to push an email to prompt customers, after taking part in a workout class to have the ability to rate workout based on editable topics created by Les Mills in a custom coded backend system. Upon customer selecting star rating, the system was coded to only share via social channels IF one rating was over 3 stars and would share the highest rated topic.

Quick fun quizzes get great customer engagement. So we created a unique quiz product for Les Mills to use to give their customers’ a better understanding of which Les Mills workout was best for them. A simple algorithm was developed to present the user a suitable workout based on their choices in the quiz. This, as well as the other tools created, were customer shareable via Facebook feeds.
