Our Favourite To Do
We thought we would share our favourite 'To Do' app.
We have played with it and have enjoyed using it 🙂
Wunderlist 'Full Review'
We tried this app when we were embarking on releasing a project management tool ourselves (on-hold). Initially this was released with a sister application named: Wunderkit and both tools were extremely well thought out and a lot of fun to use in comparison to what was available at the time. It seems now that every month a few more GTD (Get Things Done) applications pop up, but one thing is for certain Wunderlist is evolving well!
Wunderlist is a simple, yet surprisingly effective to-do list application that is designed specifically for the Android, iOS, Iphone, Nexus, and all web operating systems such as Windows. The app has taken off significantly in recent months, racking up around 4 million active users in total as of this date.
One notable feature is that it looks surprisingly similar no matter what device or interface you choose to view it on, which can cut down on confusion for those that would like to use this app on their mobile device and your computer. Visually, the app is aesthetically pleasing and not completely cluttered like many other apps.
Wunderlist allows you the ability to set specific due dates, alarms, and even repeat specific daily tasks if need be. It is relatively simple and extremely user friendly, which adds to its appeal. For most mobile users, simplicity is a must when it comes to apps.
Accounts are easily synchronized with one another seamlessly which is imperative for users that plan to upload this app to multiple devices. The cloud integration is rather impressive as information is almost instantaneously available on other devices once set.
The one feature that separates Wunderlist from any other to-do app on the market today is the ability to download a browser extension and create / utilize tasks from your private gmail account. It even integrates with Amazon.com so that you may add items to your 'wishlist'. For those that frequent Amazon's marketplace, this is incredibly convenient. No other app available has this interesting add on.
Going Pro
Wunderlist Pro was rolled out a short time ago, catering to some of the complaints that regular Wunderlisters had. For instance, it allows the ability to collaborate with friends or coworkers. Through Wunderlist Pro, users now have the ability to share to-do items and lists with one another, which can be extremely convenient for entrepreneurs that work within a team that is separated by long distances. You can even assigns tasks for individual members within your team, quickly and concisely, within seconds. The Pro version isn't a separate entity in itself as it works as an add on for the regular version. At the convenient price of $4.99 (?3.19) per month (or $49.99 (?31.98) per year), Wunderlist Pro may be exactly what you need to support your business and keep on track.
